The NRDC Action Fund has published a link where you can comment on the proposed rule. The NRDC will print out the comments and deliver them to USFW. You can edit the text or delete it and write your own, which I recommend so that there are lots of original comments. All your personal information will also be published in the Federal Register and everyone will compliment you for taking an active part in your government.
PLEASE go to the link and comment immediately. As I wrote earlier, you can comment no matter where you live, so you conservationists living outside the U.S. need to make your opinions known!
